A great scooter, the best deal I could find after one year of searching a quality scooter at a decent price. Great discount! Has many extras that other scooters do not have such as bright head light, turning signals, mirrors, horn, etc…

Delivery would have been on time if not for the Saskatoon shipping company, Jay’s Transportation. Their female employee who answered the telephone when I enquired on what date delivery would take place, she was EXTREMELY RUDE, resented being asked to account to a customer. Consequently, she returned the scooter to the previous shipping company, refusing to deliver the Order to my door as stated on the contract. The scooter ended up sitting in a warehouse for a month before I could receive it. I strongly recommend that ScooterDirect.ca and any other business not use Jay’s Transportation to ship their goods as long as the extremely rude lady will remain in the employment of that company.

An excellent scooter for its intended use. A manual of how to take the scooter apart would be a definate advantage and a real sellng point. eg how to get access to the batteries, how to remove the seat for easy transportation Such a manual could easily included with this article , in fact you could send such information to me right now. The salesman that I dealt with was Ray who was very personable but I was to slow to remember all the information that he provided .
